Members are hard at work making our hot-selling craft pieces. We have lovely crosses, sun-catchers and book marks, in addition to rosaries, bracelets and bird houses.
In early June Texas Foundation of Hope will celebrate our FOUR YR. ANNIVERSARY. We will honor the occasion with a special Talent Show by our members, as well as an Art Show and Reception. All visitors, families and provider staff are invited. Talent Show tickets are $5. It's a small price for fun entertainment and refreshments!
TXFH is a nonprofit corporation. Since 2007, we have grown from the home of founder, Beatrice Stephens, to The Fellowship Hall at Friendship Church. Each day we bring together adults with special needs to create crosses, bracelets, lanyards, cards & other arts-crafts. These items are sold in over 80 retails stores. We also participate in many area craft shows. Our team members have the opportunity to come work, socialize, have fun, make friends, embrace God and improve their quality of life.
Texas Foundation of Hope currently serves over 60 Team Members from 18 and 57. TXFH exists to provide a stable environment for special needs young people to socialize, produce unique retail items and explore the community. In addition, we are a Food Bank Pantry serving over 300 families in the community. The statements below address our goals:
To provide individuals with developmental disabilities the highest quality of services that address employment skills, education, socialization and athletic participation.
To lead in building a self-sufficient community of individuals with developmental disabilities that maximizes their life-long potential.
